In what sense is Notre Dame de Vie of Carmel?   

It is at the school of the Prophet Elijah that Venerable Marie-Eugene drew the inspiration for the foundation of Notre Dame de Vie Institute. NDV Institute wills to be a branch of Carmel, to receive its spirit - the spirit of St. Teresa, of St. John of the Cross, and of St. Therese of the Child Jesus. These saints of Carmel are Doctors of the Church, sure guides and concrete examples for all who wish to live of this spirit in their daily life.
